Professional Support
Supervision
I offer supervision for both trainees and qualified counsellors, either in person or online.
A thoughtful and supportive space to reflect on your client work, develop your practice, and remain connected to your own way of working.
A Space to Reflect
Supervision can be a place not only for reflection, but for support. A space where you can take time to think about your client work, your responses, and the things that may be less easy to hold alone.
It allows room to pause, to notice, and to stay connected to your work in a way that feels steady and sustainable.
Whether you are still in training or have been practising for some time, supervision can also offer an opportunity to deepen your understanding, gently expand your approach, and develop confidence in your own way of working.
I offer supervision for individuals, pairs, and small groups of up to four people.
Sessions can be arranged in a way that fits around your practice, with either shorter, more frequent meetings or longer sessions held monthly.
Reduced rates are available for students working towards recognised counselling qualifications.
Each way of working — individual or group — brings something different, and we can take time to think together about what feels most helpful for you
