Counselling and Psychotherapy in Wales and Online
Whether it’s a recent change in your life or something that’s been bubbling under the surface for years, counselling and psychotherapy in a caring, compassionate setting will help you cope. I offer face-to-face counselling in Carmarthen or Lampeter and also online counselling for expats worldwide.
Working Together as a Team
I provide a safe, confidential space for you to explore your feelings and experiences. You might be looking for counselling or psychotherapy to deal with a recent life change such as moving house or changing jobs. You might be looking for tools to cope with an anxiety disorder such as social anxiety, or more general worries. Or, you might have recently experienced a loss such as the end of a relationship, job loss, or a changed health condition.
These experiences and others can all bring about feelings of anxiety, depression, and overwhelm. Whatever the problem, I will listen to you with understanding and empathy, and utilise a variety of counselling techniques to help you cope with these life challenges.

“As counsellors we do not heal people, we walk with them while they heal themselves.” – Mohammad Obaidullah
Although lots of people suffer from the same issues, you experience your problems uniquely, and I will work with you as an individual to customise solutions for you. Rather than just giving advice, my goal is to help you find the right answers for yourself and create a strong therapeutic alliance that will give you the support you need.

I couldn’t come to terms with my husband’s passing. It had been years but it felt like yesterday. Jonathan was the first person who was able to help me.
